j2krui

j2krui is an R package dedicated to configuring, executing and reading results of a J2000 hydrological model.

I initially developed this tool during my PhD to automate model configuration and pipelines I needed in my research. In 2023, I improved these codes for researchers at Inrae and I created the j2krui package to make this tool easier to use by others and greatly improve its maintainability and robustness.
